Time: 7:00〜10:00
Start your morning with the chef's specially made exquisite omelettes or the delicious, melt-in-your-mouth Eggs Benedict, choosing from among five main dishes, one of which is a "Blue Zone" menu item. Enjoy a semi-buffet style breakfast with a wide selection of side dishes. We offer you a fresh start to your day at breakfast in an open space surrounded by the verdant Yambaru forest.
TEA TIME
Time: 10:00〜14:00
You can enjoy aromatic and delicious coffee carefully selected each season in a space filled with greenery unique to Yambaru. Your tea time is provided for you in a refined and calm atmosphere.
AFTERNOON TEA TIME
Time: 14:00〜17:00
In the soft sunlight, you can enjoy aromatic coffee and tea. The coffee we serve is made with carefully selected beans. Mr. Nomura, the owner of a coffee specialty shop AMBER HOLIC., is a certified Q grader and has selected the coffee especially for our Club Lounge. A selection of the chef's savory dishes makes up a special afternoon for our guests.
APERITIF TIME
Time: 17:00〜19:00
Based on the theme of "Enjoying BBQ in the Yambaru Forest," aperitif time begins with the chef's corner Pulled Pork. In addition to a wide selection of alcoholic beverages including wine, beer, whiskey, liqueur, and awamori, we also offer a selection of light snacks.
EVENING TEA TIME
Time: 19:00〜23:00 ※22:30 Last Entry
Experience a quiet evening after your dinner or before going to bed. Sample the coffee or tea, or try the wine or whiskey perfect for the evening atmosphere. We have carefully selected awamori from the northern part of Okinawa and Helios whiskey aged over time at a brewery in Nago City which will enhance your pleasure.
