The theme of food is beauty (beauty) and vitality (health).
We have prepared a buffet that is fun for the eyes by multiplying "flowers" and "medicinal foods". You can enjoy the dishes unique to the chef Shimabukuro, a nutritional medicinal chef who is familiar with Chinese medicinal food. The hibiscus extract "Beni" produced by GRANDIR Co., Ltd. is incorporated as an accent in QWACHI cuisine to create a collaboration of medicinal food and Beni.

We develop original flavor cocktails every month. This month, we have prepared two types of collaboration cocktails, "Beni Beer" and "Beni Highball", which use the hibiscus extract "Beni".

[Beni Highball] ¥ 900 A red highball containing the hibiscus extract "Beni" from Miyakojima, Okinawa. A cup with a good balance of subtle sweetness and refreshing acidity, with a harmonious color and taste.

[Beni Beer] ¥ 800 A red beer made by adding the hibiscus extract "Beni" to the local beer "Orion Beer". With the addition of a hint of fruitiness, the cocktail is easy to drink.
