本格的なトレーニングにもご使用いただけるプールです。日常行っている水泳や、アクアウォーキング、お子様の水泳の練習などに適しています。水温は運動に適した温度に設定しておりますので、 1年を通してご利用頂けます。

The indoor pool can be used for play as well as swim training,for example, everyday swimming exercise, aqua walking, and kids’ swimming practice.The water is heated and can be used all year.

■All ages are welcome. (Adult supervision is required for children ages 0 to 12.)
■Pool size: 20m x 3 sections (2m wide and 1.4m deep) and 10m x 4m (1.2m deep)

・プールにはお部屋から水着で直接お越しいただけますが、館内のご移動には上着を羽織ってのご移動をお願いいたします。
・インドアプールに来られてからのお着替えの場合、ガーデンプールの更衣室をご利用ください。
・施設内での、浮き輪、ビーチボール等のご使用は固くお断りいたします。
・ビート板、アームヘルパー、カラーヘルパーを無料でレンタルしております。（ガー デンプールでの使用不可）
・オムツの取れていないお子様は、水遊び用オムツを着用し、さらにその上から水着の着用をお願いいたします。
　（水遊び用オムツは、ガーデンプール受付にて販売しております）
・安全にご利用いただくため、エリア別に利用制限を設けておりますので予めご了承ください。
・心臓疾患や伝染病のある方、医師から運動や入浴を禁止されている方、酒気をおびた方のご利用は固くお断りいたします。
・施設内へのご飲食物等の持ち込みは固くお断りいたします。
・事前に必ずシャワーを浴び、化粧・整髪料等を落としてからご利用ください。
・施設をご利用の際は、必ず水着の着用をお願いします。
・施設内では、時計・アクセサリー類等は外してご利用ください。

・You may wear a swimming suit when you come directly to the pool area (1st floor),
　but please wear a cover over your swimming suit in other areas of the hotel.
・If you would like to change after swimming, please use the changing room by the Garden Pool.
・The use of floating rings, beach balls, etc. is prohibited.
・Beat boards and floaters are available for free but cannot be taken into the Garden Pool area.
・Children in diapers are required to wear a swim diaper with a bathing suit.
　(Swim diapers are available for purchase at the Garden Pool reception.)
・Please be aware that pool staff may warn guests regarding safety issues.
・Those who have heart disease, infectious diseases, or who are prohibited from exercising or swimming by doctors, and those who have been drinking alcohol are prohibited from using the pool.
・Bringing food and drink into the facility is prohibited.
・Please take a shower to wash off make-up and hair products before entering the pool
・Swimming suits are required when using the pool.
・Please remove watches and all other accessories before entering the pool.
